Born in Hokkaido and educated at Keio University, Motoki gained hands-on experience in real estate and renovation before founding LIVEPRO Co., Ltd. in 2021. His mission has always been to create real estate services that value human connections, not just transactions. With expertise in sales, rentals, and property management, he supports overseas investors by providing a transparent and reliable way to own and manage assets in Japan. Through strong networks with local companies and trusted relationships with property owners, he helps clients access properties that are often difficult to acquire without community ties. At AKIYAxMUSUBI, he aims to connect Japanese culture with people from around the world — revitalizing properties while building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
